At our location in Apeldoorn, a test bench is stationed that is used for testing and adjusting hydraulic components, manifolds and cylinders, among other things.
This test bench uses the HYDAC Condition Monitoring Xpert (CMX) system. This system collects data from different sensors, including smart sensors, which data is used to monitor and control the test bench.
With the CMX program, in addition to trend analyses, alerts can also be used for taking and planning necessary actions in time.
The collected data is displayed in a clear dashboard that can be customized. You decide what you want to see. From real-time monitoring with all sensors to receiving alerts via email, app or SMS on your mobile phone.
The goal is to reduce the costs of unplanned downtime to a minimum and through the information obtained, we can achieve to predictive maintenance. Even pre-ordering parts is possible.
To predict future maintenance, HYDAC will start collecting data: partly through HYDAC’s own sites and partly through the ecosystem of international manufacturers with mutual dependencies. We will ride along on the collected data and digital techniques obtained by other players in the market in order to deliver customer specific solutions. The supply of products by HYDAC will then be supplemented with the provision of services. Our goal to unburden our customers in the field of maintenance will not be limited to just applying the CMX software, but also focuses on physical service.
